- Right to know service timelines and turnaround times in advance.
- Right to be heard and to receive satisfactory, timely grievance redressal.
- Right to exit a research service at any time as per the agreed terms.
- Right to clear guidance and caution when dealing in complex, high-risk products.
- Right to give feedback, and protection against unfair or one-sided contract clauses.
Investor Responsibilities
- Deal only with SEBI registered Research Analysts and verify the registration number independently on the SEBI website.
- Read all disclosures, disclaimers, and risk factors carefully before acting on any research recommendation.
- Undertake independent due diligence — the final investment or trading decision rests solely with you.
- Pay fees only through banking channels, and keep duly signed receipts of every payment made.
- Ask questions and seek clarification before acting on any recommendation, especially for complex products.
- Report any deficiency in service in writing within a reasonable time so it can be addressed promptly.
- Never hand over trading or Demat login credentials to a Research Analyst.
- Be cautious of unsolicited calls or messages promising guaranteed or assured returns — no one can guarantee market returns.
